Gary brings a rare depth of knowledge and professionalism to his role as a Residential Sales Representative. Having spent close to a decade as a valuer across both residential and commercial sectors, conducting over 9,000 property valuations, he offers clients a sharp eye for detail and an evidence-based approach to achieving the best outcomes for his clients. Gary has transitioned into residential real estate sales, combining his technical expertise with a genuine passion for helping people through their property journey.

Raised in the City of Melville and City of Canning, and now a proud Melville resident, Gary has strong roots in the local community. A graduate of Rossmoyne Primary and Senior High School, he went on to complete a Bachelor of Commerce and Masters in Property at Curtin University, where he later returned as a guest lecturer in property (2010–2013).

Gary’s career has been recognised with industry accolades, including being named the “Most Accurate Valuer” in the residential department at Quantia Valuations (now Opteon Solutions) in 2008. With extensive experience across all areas of Real Estate, including Residential Sales and Auctions, he has facilitated large subdivisional sales, such as the sale of 110 lots in Stratton and 44 lots in Swan View for the Department of Housing.

However, his true passion lies in Commercial and Industrial Sales and Leasing, particularly in the Midland and Eastern regions of Perth.He is always happy to share his knowledge and assist clients and othiss seeking advice.

Straight out of university, he spent 3.5 years completing a variety of transactions in Industrial Real Estate with Rutherfords in Melbourne, ranging from 100-5000m2.  

Boasting a drive to suconsultant with a breadth of experience in the property industry and a dedication to his craft.
