Ian entered into real estate in 2000 making the transition from serving 15 years in the Royal Australian Air Force.

Core values of professionalism, work ethic, honesty and integrity that were a part of his life from when he started his military career at age 16 have naturally transitioned into his highly successful career in real estate.

Ian’s skill set is in residential real estate marketing, sales and negotiation. Having specialised in Duncraig and surrounding suburbs and working in our Duncraig office at Realmark North Coastal since he came into real estate he is trusted, well known and highly respected both by clients and fellow real estate practitioners.

He comes to you with a passion for helping families in their real estate journey. He’s a family man himself, highly likeable, has a wealth of real estate knowledge and is the perfect real estate agent to always have in your corner.

Priding himself on being authentic in everything he does; his motto for life is “I just treat people the way I would want to be treated myself.” This ethos has seen him create a name for himself within real estate and particularly Duncraig as being a hard working straight shooter.

For over 30 years, Jeanette Bates has consistently set the benchmark in the industry, both locally and interstate.  

After a rewarding career in education and many overseas travels, it was fate that led Jeanette to settle in Perth. Since then, she has taken her real estate world by storm, having successfully managed multiple offices and become the youngest female auctioneer in Western Australia early on in her career.

Most recently, Jeanette also won Realmark’s APRIL award, a significant achievement acknowledging the attributes of Ability, strong Practice, Reputation, Integrity, Leadership and commitment to the brand.  As Director and Licensee, Jeanette has been guiding the award-winning Realmark North Coastal team for the last 26 years and counting.
