He has worked on multiple development projects such as Parafield District Outlet Centre, Woolworths Inglewood, Electric Lane, Victoria House and is currently working on some developments in Mirrabooka, Safety Bay, Mandurah & Spearwood.
In his spare time, Fletcher enjoys playing football, cricket and competing in long distance endurance events. He also competed in the Rottnest Channel Solo Swim on multiple occasions, raising money for the Swim For Proudie Foundation.
