We’re excited to welcome Maizie Churstain to the Realmark Strata team as our new Associate Director, a move that reflects our continued investment in leadership, client service, and talent development across Western Australia’s diverse strata landscape. Maizie joins a team of highly regarded and talented professionals at Realmark including Luke Downie who is focused on business development and Mikala Wallace championing compliance.
With over ten years of experience spanning residential, commercial, and mixed-use schemes, Maizie leads with clarity, empathy, and a deep understanding of what it takes to manage and enhance complex strata communities and invest time in supporting the team, driving innovation and exceptional in services.
Maizie leads by example offering strategic advice to developers, overseeing complex refurbishments and defect rectifications, and delivering tailored management to owners across diverse assets from holiday properties to industrial parks.
Maizie will work closely alongside Luke Downie, Head of Strata and Business Development Manager of Realmark Strata, assuming greater responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of the team, portfolio oversight, and service delivery. This strategic realignment enables Luke to focus more deeply on driving growth opportunities across WA’s strata landscape in particular bringing together the diversity of Realmark's services across commercial, residential and strata, championing policy reform through industry advocacy, and strengthening partnerships with developers, peak bodies, and government stakeholders.
