Alix has developed her property expertise over 9 years working for various property firms in Perth, initially as a sales and leasing administration professional where she developed a strong industry understanding of retail leasing practices and contract documentation processes.  

She has now worked on a range of high profile commercial leasing projects, including the Parafield District Factory Outlet in Adelaide, Kingsford Village Shopping Centre in Bullsbrook, the Victoria House redevelopment, Altone Park Shopping Centre and Phoenix Shopping Centre.  

Known for her strategic approach in sales and leasing, Alix strives to develop innovative solutions that enhance property performance and value.

Straight out of university, he spent 3.5 years completing a variety of transactions in Industrial Real Estate with Rutherfords in Melbourne, ranging from 100-5000m2.  

Boasting a drive to suconsultant with a breadth of experience in the property industry and a dedication to his craft.  

Before beginning his career in Perth, Michael completed a double degree in Commerceceed and a commitment to delivering the best service to his clients, Michael enjoys seeing people live out their dreams, upscale operations and grow their organisations.
