Realmark recognises its statewide footprint with landmark commercial deals across WA

For over 36 years, Realmark’s commercial team members have delivered trusted property outcomes across WA.

Recently, Realmark has amplified its presence across Western Australia with a trio of standout transactions spanning Northam, Geraldton, and Port Hedland. With seamless Perth-to-Pilbara coverage, the team continues to unlock value for clients and respond to the surging demand for high-quality assets in both metropolitan and regional markets.

In Northam, the sale of 98 Byfield Street for $4.5 million via Expressions of Interest marked a significant milestone. Spearheaded by Rob Dawson, Director of Industrial Sales and Leasing at Realmark Commercial, the campaign attracted strong competition, culminating in three offers at close. The property proved a magnet for owner-occupiers servicing the Avon and Wheatbelt, highlighting the spillover of metro industrial demand into regional hubs.

Further north in Geraldton, 1 Fortyn Court, Mahomets Flats was snapped up for $10.2 million. Led by Michael Richardson, Director of Retail Sales and Leasing, alongside Fletcher Wolpers, Senior Sales and Leasing Consultant both of Realmark Commercial, the asset comprised a convenience retail centre featuring fuel, fast food, and service outlets. The buyer, an East Coast investor, reflects the growing national appetite for well-positioned regional WA assets.

In the Pilbara, Realmark Commercial Pilbara and Realmark Commercial have together achieved strong results at DevelopmentWA’s Hedland Junction in Wedgefield. To date, more than 10 hectares have been sold, with four lots settled and two under offer. A large transport group has secured three lots, a transaction facilitated by Eliza Mearns, Director of Realmark Commercial Pilbara, with support from Rob Dawson. With offices in South Hedland and Newman, and Sales & Leasing Commercial Executive Dave Rowe specialising in the Karratha industrial market, Realmark Commercial Pilbara provides full regional coverage. This strong activity reflects growing confidence in the region and the importance of industrial land supply in WA’s north-west.

Executive Director Wayne Chorley said the results reflect Realmark’s depth and reach.

“Major transactions in Northam, Geraldton and Port Hedland demonstrate Realmark’s ability to deliver high-level service to clients across the great state,” Mr Chorley said.

Together, these achievements highlight the resilience and growth of WA’s regional industrial markets and the power of Realmark’s extensive commercial coverage in connecting clients with opportunity, wherever it arises.
