In Northam, the sale of 98 Byfield Street for $4.5 million via Expressions of Interest marked a significant milestone. The property proved a magnet for owner-occupiers servicing the Avon and Wheatbelt, highlighting the spillover of metro industrial demand into regional hubs.
Further north in Geraldton, 1 Fortyn Court, Mahomets Flats was snapped up for $10.2 million. Led by Michael Richardson, Director of Retail Sales and Leasing, alongside Fletcher Wolpers, Senior Sales and Leasing Consultant both of Realmark Commercial, the asset comprised a convenience retail centre featuring fuel, fast food, and service outlets. The buyer, an East Coast investor, reflects the growing national appetite for well-positioned regional WA assets.
In the Pilbara, Realmark Commercial Pilbara and Realmark Commercial have together achieved strong results at DevelopmentWA’s Hedland Junction in Wedgefield. To date, more than 10 hectares have been sold, with four lots settled and two under offer.
