Incredibly friendly, helpful and trustworthy neighbours. Community-orientated neighbourhood. Beautiful, well-maintained and landscaped McCusker Park across the road where a lot of friendly neighbours walk their dogs and stop to chat, where weddings are often held for its picturesque backdrop and where the Iluka Homeowners Association conduct their yearly community events such as Easter Egg Hunts, Halloween for the kiddies and Carols by Candlelight. Wow Fitness also conduct training sessions here. It is within walking distance to the popular Burns Beach track and beach. Currambine Central Shopping Centre which is presently undergoing a $30 million redevelopment, is close by and includes tapa bar, restaurants, cafes, Dan Murphys, a new 2-storey Dome Cafe and Grand Cinema Complex.
