The centre boasts 900m of frontage on Main North Road, a major 3 lane highway that connects the Adelaide CBD to the populated northern suburbs and Barossa Valley and is just 20km north of the CBD. Servicing in excess of 995,000 people across the whole of the north of the Adelaide Metro, this high profile centre has become the go-to destination for fashion and homeware shoppers.

The centre opened in July 2023 consisting of 54 tenancies and a total GLA of 14,000. The centre opening was well received with some retailers experiencing record opening numbers - so much so that the developer is now accelerating planning for Stage 2 which will see a further 51 tenancies added to the centre and a total GLA of 29,772sqm.
